I did the same

I entered 18 girls and really wondered if i had done it right as it was so easy and quick.

I had an email through today from the county commisioner - bit like a name and shame of all the units that hadnt added their girls on yet and my unit wasnt on the list so I assume all is ok.

So long as you've added all emergency contact names and details along with medical details I'd say you've done it. Well done!
When I printed the report I saw then where I'd missed a couple of things that I hadn't entered originally. This even included the Brownie who only drinks water in-case I wasn't around on a trip and another Guider would then have all info needed.
It is a bit confusing going through all the different sections to make sure if they're needed then they're completed.

The only half useful one I can find is the emergency contact form and that doesn't populate the video and photo permission columns despite me having filled in the info on each girl.

Go to Role management and choose your Unit, then view active young members.
Choose the girl which needs editing.

The emergency contact name can be added in 'Emergency contact name' and their relationship.
The number goes with other contact numbers but use the drop-down menu to select emergency contact and whether it is mobile or home.

The medical info etc can be added in 'Additional Personal Details'.
Here you can also add their school, health issues, video permission, ethnicity and native language.

You may need to change your printer settings to get it all on the same page. Mine only just about fits and then the medical/dietary details are printed at the end.

I printed the report called -
'Girls contact list and emergency details'
This is the first report on the list. Level management, choose Unit.....
Other reports include age profile which would have been good when completing the old paper census forms!
