Just logged into Role Management and it's been improved. I now go straight to the County, Division and Unit where I have roles rather then having to scroll through hundreds of units. Yippee!

It's a bit better but why can't they have the default as female when adding the girls. We are not going to input a male Rainbow or Brownie or Guide - it's so simple but gets on my nerves.

I noticed that Hilary - it's a big improvement to not have to scroll through the whole county to get to my unit!

Perhaps they'll sort out the default to female next!
