Rainbow/pack helpers and GO

Hi Everyone

I maybe totally missing the boat on this one but is there anywhere to put down a guide who is helping at a brownie or rainbow unit?

We have a few girls who are doing both at the moment and it would be nice to have this recorded on GO somewhere, and it would be helpful for the unit leaders to have their information in case of an emergency.

Any help would be appreciated!

Not that I'm aware of. When GO first started you used to be able to add a girl of any section to any unit so I used this to add a Guide to the Brownie/Rainbow unit. However this option has gone away now so I don't think we can.

Guides who help at Rainbows or Brownies are not shown anywhere on Go other than with their Guide unit

I get the guides to take home my own version of a consent form to gather all the information I'd need in event of emergency (allergies/home contact/gp etc)
