I suppose they will all have been to Beaconscot model village won't they?
Have you tried Longridge centre down by the river in Marlow, used to be owned by the Scouts?
They run day and residential, water or land based activites

I also highly recommend Longridge.
I've taken my brownies to Odds Farm Park, we had the place to ourselves - we arrived at about 6pm on a weekday. Great place.
Have you been to the local fire & police stations? Wycombe Museum?
Roald Dahl Museum in Great Missenden, plus Enid Blytons cottage in Bourne End (not sure if these will be of interest?).
You might find http://www.dayoutwiththekids.co.uk/index.php helpful.

Longridge in Marlow, Activity centre in Marlow.

Marlow has a lovely park by the river, so that is nice for a couple of hours. Have a picinic by the river.
