membership card/number???

i have been back in the guiding circuit for coming up to 4 years now and i still dont have my card and number , i am sure i should have had it by now,??? how do i chase it up ?? xx

You should be entered onto go and a number is generated there. Your dc or membership coordinator can do this but if you have been around for 4 years you should be in the system.
