Has anyone checked their trial invoice yet. I am a DC and i ran a report of all my units with the amounts owed - but the numbers of girls shown are not correct. I then went back into the unit to check and the number of girls on the unit on Go are definitely correct at 18 is and when i ask for the invoice it is wrong - they are missing some girls so on the unit there is 18 girls but on the invoice there are 15 girls. I have checked they are members and active. I asked the GIC's and they weren't updated today. Its like this on at least a couple of the units.Weird!!

probably got their main role elsewhere... you can find out who is missing using the unit subs due report, this says why some aren't down to pay... we had it and it was cos their main role was as a 'waiting to join'
Hope this helps

I was going to say that - check the M-mains
I had same with my own rainbow unit and found that several girls were on waiting list at brownie units and somehow their main role had switched to the waiting list at the brownie unit?????

Brilliant thanks - problem solved - yes some of the girls' main roles were waiting to join the next section - a bit weird though - shouldn't really be allowed to happen !!

I have noticed when moveing my girls from waiting list to active you have to go back into the role after to make it the main one, perhaps the leaders have not realised this.

You pay for Unit Helpers but don't think you pay for Occassional Helpers

You now have to pay for all Unit Helpers but not Occasional Unit Helpers - also check the Occasional Unit helper has the role of volunteer rather than member.

anyone who helps out more than once a month needs to be down as a unit helper now so that you pay for them ;o(

That's not quite true, it's more than 3 times in a month should be a unit helper. There was another thread which had the evidence for this...think it's in the handbook though :)
