I think they're just listed as Guides and nothing else, as Pack Leader comes under their Guide duties, if that makes sense. That way she's still covered under "guiding activities".

They're not listed on the Brownie unit's records, just on the Guide unit ones.

Last time we discussed this on here I emailed CHQ and it's something they are considering in the future. I suspect - and this is pure speculation, while it's probably easy enough to add the role, it opens a whole can of worms about when Service starts.

I do not see it would affect adult long service and think there is a valid case for the role existing on GO. After all, if they are going out with the Brownie unit, you should be able to pick them up on the emergency contact report.

wuld be v helpful I know my oh currently has guides helping younger sections in the unit shes just taken over and has little idea whos doing what and with what unit.
