it may be worth googling for some, but my concern for this is that the breaking down of the fruit dramatically increases the sugars, and children would not normally drink 5 - 6 fruits at the same time.

I have been to a dietician because of illness and she said that everyone should steer clear of smoothies because of the increase in sugars and that the fruit drunk this way is not healthy
As much as I understand your concerns, a small smoothie or fruit juice drink at Brownies once is not going to cause long term damage. If it means 1 Brownie realises that she actually likes pineapple, and then eats some at a later date, surely that is a positive.

I agree that it's all about moderation, I'm planning to do a small cup per girl, (roughly equivalent to a piece of fruit each) and most likely mixed with yogurt.
