university references

my fab young assistant guider has asked me to do a reference for her for uni by the weekend. She's great with the brownies so was wondering if you can help me write a good reference! i'm sure i've read somewhere that being a guider means you're good at teamwork, leadership, caring, considerate etc but in nice long words and good phrases that will sound impressive on a reference - any ideas?

What is she applying for if its okay to ask? If its teaching or nursing etc I'd definitely emphasise caring and good with children, for some other subjects it might be more relevant to emphasise organised, hard -working and attends well for example. Although I think work with Brownies looks good for any application of course :)
