I've looked every were and can't seemed to find out who it is.
The reason I ask is that captain (Am a guide) sugest i write to hq about badges and placements on uniform as i got a few and want to show the off.
and have a "set place on were to put them.

    Thanks

It depends what section. Guides certainly have no set places for badges, in fact they're only "officially" allowed to sew them on a gilet.

However if your unit wants to have a set place for their badges then I would say that's fine - I know there's a couple of Guiders here who have sorted that out for their sections.

Not sure why you have to write head of Guiding. As previously suggested just phone chq and ask if there are set places for Guide badges. Liz Burnley is Chief Guide but can't see the point in that

The new addition of the manual says you can sew them anywear you like on your uniform. My Guides have them down their sweatshirt arms.

as the others have said you are allowed to put your badges where you want but if your unit want to decide on set places for badges that perfectly acceptable too. If you wanted to suggest to Girlguiding UK that there ought to be set places for badges them Liz Burnley would be best or possibly Guiding magazine.
