Thanks. I'm looking for activities/games that they might play as we have a daisy themed meeting tonight.

Just found this so will have a wade through, but in the meantime, if anyone knows of anything please post here!

Here is a link to their uniform

Girl Scout Shop - Uniform :

Sorry I didnt really work with this age group at camp so I cant help much with activities.

  5. I did a meeting on this last year, but I can't remember exactly what we did... I know I had the girls colour in the daisy-petal patches, and I think we discussed what sort of things you could do to earn them, as the colours symbolise certain activities or qualities, I think. That took up quite a lot of time, I recall. Can you think of some vaguely American-themed game?

I know we are doing the daisy activity in the new roundabout, but need something more as we don't think it is going to take too long.

I'll have a look for american games.

We've done this and I have a file on the things they make put Im not at home to get access to it.

A game they like to play is called "Soda pop Fizz"

The girls are split into 2 teams - each team stands at different ends of the hall and the leader to the side in the middle.
Then you choose 1 team to set off walking saying soda pop soda pop.... all the time walking towards the other team. The leader can choose to say Fizz at any time (better if you let them get as close as possible to other group). Once Fizz is shouted the team that isnt saying soda pop chases the other team and tries to catch them before they get back to their side. If caught the girls must join the other team. Continue playing till everyone is caught.

    Hope that makes sense.
