    Default Excited!

I'm making my adult promise next Friday in Edinburgh!!!

Our Brownies pack along with another from the district are all going on an overnight trip to Edinburgh Zoo. Three new Brownies, myself and the other AG will all be making our promises.

Exciting - I made my previous promises as a Guide and YL at meetings, never away from home!

Great news scotchmi5t. I'm sure you will do well. You should do it when the penquins go on their parade!!!!

lol thanks guys. We are leaving Lossie on Friday morning, staying overnight at the Vogrie Brownie House and then going to the Zoo on Saturday morning/afternoon. We have booked in as a birthday party in order for us to get a group lunch and cake!! We are pretending its one of the girls' birthdays. Hee hee.

Yeh I'm still wearing my YL promise badge, to be honest I'm glad to be renewing my promise, feeling a bit old to still be a YL - I'm 25!

    OOOOhhhhh how exciting.

I made my promise last Friday at camp with my youngest, removing my OLD style ranger promise badge..... (which at 38 felt a lot past its sell by date)

I had dd2 make her promise first so that I could remember the words.....! and then she took me up because she brought me effectively to Brownies. Eldest was all grumpy but she muscled in on the little one's activities....!

Thanks guys. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow, and getting my new PB at last!

The other AG is kinda nervous about her promise, having never made it before (she was a UH previously) so we will be saying it together.

Now I have to get through an afternoon of work before I can get home and get things organised for tomorrow!!

Sorry, I sound like one of the Brownies but I'm sooooo excited!!!!
