Wonderful Unit Helpers

No posts for ages in here so I just wanted to say how wonderful my Unit Helpers are. I have Granny Owl who comes nearly every week and the girls love her, she has lots of ideas from her Cub days and is good at helping to restore order, she recently made her promise and became a member. She is also the first aider and seems to dispense hugs mostly as often that is all that is required. Papa Owl comes to our special events and is the designated photographer and jacket holder. Is is also the voice of reason . I also have Fluffy owl, a pack leader I suppose if he was a girl, but we call him our rogue scout.

I agree. We have some great Unit Helpers in the district who are worth their weight in gold. I'd rather have one good unit helper than 5 useless guiders...

We have 2 fantastic (retired) UH, they are members of trefoil and dont come every day, (just every 7, lol) they are there when we need them and couldn't run our units without them.

i am unit-helpe rof Rainbow guides but could be moving soon cough newcastle but when i move our Rainbow guide unit could be closing I worry I got wonful leaders support me even ge twith guider at 18 years old usely 36 years won't get long young guider I do.I feel sad when 65 years old you have retide another one guider have retide but carry with rainbow but young guider want bsl sametime as rainbow so our unit could close so what will do at brownies and rainbow guides close rainbow be going 20 years it sad if had close hope we can find some leaders wish could take over but don't know where I would be? instead this rainbows can apply for grants for extra costs because of my disability can speek to guider about it? Will grant help me become leadership quaffion where ever moving too. can't dyspraxia become guider?

yzz if you are moving then I would contact the area HQ of where you are moving too, I'm sure there are people on here from Newcastle (both of them!) that could help you. That way you could find out if there is a Rainbow Unit that needs your help, and if there are any grants available for you.

I have second thought move up Newcastle college Now I just find out person who been bully at Stafford college do same level at me At newcastle college Now don't want go to newcastle college thouhgt it.

yes did tell coollege was told ingone him because got austim I wasn't happy with at withdrawn from next step B stafford college was going tanfress to newcastle college but find out this bully do same level as me at newcastle college I want withdrawn from newcastle college now because of this bully things could tell what did to me was hurt but he was teacher pet because he had austim he hate dyspraxia so did not realy help from college staff don't want go newcastle college now for this reson. what should do?
