I would make kebabs (fruit ones) and let them drink warm apple tea

Think l would try and borrow a rug 'turkish flying carpet' and play a game where you all squash on and 'fly' to different parts of turkey.

What about learning some turkish words

Dalyan has Turtle beach, so a craft that makes pictures of seaturtles would be good - what about sand pictures?

    Yzz,
I am sure Darcy will really enjoy staying in kennels, she needs to have all his vaccinations up to date, if the vaccines are too old they need to be done at least 14 days before kennels. Ask other local dog walkers or the vets for reccomendations for kennels.
Although it might be feel odd leaving her behind my dogs love going in kennels as it is a holiday for them too, the kennels should be OK to book at late notice as it isnt high season (school holidays) as that is when they are busiest.

    For the rainbow meeting
I think showing the girls some pictures and perhaps a map showing where the pictures are from and ride on a magic carpet between each place.
Fruit kebabs would be good, give the girls wooden skewers and chopped fruit to make then eat.
Can you get some turkish music and coloured scarves and play belly dancing musical statues?

Have a great time in Turkey Yzz! I am sure you will be ok flying once you are there - and just think - once you have done it once you will have survived and nothing will be stopping you in future if you want to go away! I am sure Darcy will be fine in kennels too - dogs get on much better there than cats in my experience. we left our pet rats in kennels once too -they were really spoilt!

Yzz...I'm not sure what you mean, but you will be able to pray in Turkey! There isn't a rule about praying in other countries! Turkey has a mix of faiths anyway, altough most people are Muslim.
