Default Wizard of Oz Pack Holiday "I'm a Munchkin, Get me out of here"

Got a planning meeting next week for our Pack Holiday (taking place in February) theme Wizard of Oz incorporating "I'm a Munchkin, Get me out of here" as the girls wanted "I'm a Celeb", but we're not doing a whole weekend of that, but thought we could squeeze it in for an afternoon.

    Any activity ideas gratefully received.

hide a lion/tin/scarecrow (perhaps laminated picture) in something for girls to find? in baked beans/rice pudding or hidden in balloons/flour/sand?

cross room/patio area (pretend its a river etc) on yellow brick stones... basically cut out yellow circles and have team cross to other side without touching floor by just moving their circles across room? (basically if 5 in each team need 6 circles or if 4 in team need 5 circles etc etc - so they have to work together to achieve task)

a hot air balloon type challenge - perhaps make their own hot air balloon using a "parachute" made from bin liner and basket made from card and hair dryer?
