Quick question. I now have both units census invoices in but I am not included in either. Shoudl the leader not be included in one of them?

You should be paid for where your main role is - eg I am Rainbow GIC, Brownie AG, DC and County Rainbow Adviser, but DC is my main role so that is where I pay census.

Is your main role (marked with an M in Go) in one of these units? If so, then yes you should have been on the invoice, but it doesn't differentiate between girls and adults, just gives a total number to pay for.

l had same prob, nothing showing but following day it was there. its not right tho as l should be paid at Div level so will have to alter before l send it off.

I'm main user for both the Brownies and Guides but have only had the guides invoice which came this morning by post.
Does the amount on the invoice include the bits we pay to the district, division or will this be invoiced separately - for some reason the amount per person is less than we were told it was going to be.

District and Division leves should be included, but they might not if the relevant people didn't enter the data on GO in time. I know my district and division didn't enter them in time. Some areas may ask for them seperately later to be paid direct to district/division.

from what others have said on the forum, some districts are asking for the district and division monies separately (but I think the intention is that the amount was all to the included in the go total)

was posted first class on 3rd Feb.... just got bank statement and cashed on 12th February (so at least I know mine was received)
