I've been told to go to Citrix to download something so that I can run reports from GO!! I cannot find anywhere in the FAQs section what I need as I really need to do one now to run the report as I can't get it working!!!
Someone did mention it but I can't find it!!!! please help - thank you.

Am bumping as I need help!!! When I want the reports from the GO - it won't work so I'm wondering if anyone out there can help me please!!!

yorkie, I've got some user notes which says that it comes up when you try to run a report for the first time and asks you to install? PM me you email addy and I'll send over the notes in case that helps?

many thanks for the help - wish it would highlight "it needs to be Internet Explorer"..... durh I was on google chrome and obviously this does not work!!! Now I'm getting reports - wow, interesting to find former guiders on my unit but don't know them
