Do you still have badges for the Waterways Challenge - this would fit perfectly with a residential event that I'm planning at Paxmead, and the Borwnies would love it. I'd need 30 badges... Fingers crossed, Alison
I can't help with a badge but if you haven't read 'How the Girl Guides won the war' I would recommend it. From that it may inspire a series of challenges and activities that Guides used during the war for the national good. At the end of each one you could read the section of the book and explain how those skills helped at the time. Maybe ask your local Trefoil if any of the older ladies that may have been Guides.
if you do make the challenge I would cheekily ask for you to send it to me as we did one Pack holiday on that theme but the folder was given to
a tester as it was the guiders first holiday and it then went walkies and we haven't been able to find it . we played Quidditch we made wands frog sweets
the sorting hat talked to the girls told them if they fidgeted or if they didn't listen and we don't think we can repeat i
Registered for Guiders years ago, stayed logged in on devices. Now have forgotten my password. After this weekend, worried I won't be able to get back in on any. Not asking you to reveal my existing password, know you'll wonder whether it's really me, but is there a way I can reset it and still keep my current name, messages etc?
Hope you can help.
Guiders uk has automatically renewed my membership without asking. Please can you cancel my membership and refund me the £7.50 taken from my Paypal account. I don't use the website so hadn't intended to renew when membership expired. Thank you.
