Help!!! My Guide unit has tickets for the evening performance ... There's only 11 of us ... But we are struggling with transport!
Are there any units traveling from South Wales willing for us to join them?

We are in Cwmbran but can travel to a convenient location to be picked up.

Take it you dont have a school mini bus licence as i think the LEA ones are fine with girlguiding, could you ask a fellow teacher who does and ask to borrow the school one or hire one, just thinking out of the box.

Ooh that may work ... I have a friend who could but is it likely that we'd get an extra ticket now? I wouldn't want her to be sat around all evening!!

Do you have a local community transport scheme run by the council?

If so, very worth joining as a unit or district. Try the councils either side of you as well, as our own was triple the rate of the one next door.

What about getting the train and staying over in London for the night? We are going to the evening performance, and could put you up in our Guide Hall about 1 hr south of London.
