    As much as I understand your concerns, a small smoothie or fruit juice drink at Brownies once is not going to cause long term damage. If it means 1 Brownie realises that she actually likes pineapple, and then eats some at a later date, surely that is a positive.

    Whenever we have parties, parents bring in sweets and cakes. They're full of sugar. But it's all about moderation.

    I agree that it's all about moderation, I'm planning to do a small cup per girl, (roughly equivalent to a piece of fruit each) and most likely mixed with yogurt.
