I took part in a webinar on the new system this morning. It was very useful session, some bugs are known about and one the list to be rectified but others are more particular to individual units and a call or email to membership systems is required. However please be patient, they have a backlog of 6000 emails to sort though.
So, a couple of requests from them, please read the help files and watch the videos first. One 40 minute phone call was with a lady who was too busy to watch a 6 minute video. The second request was please be patient, there is no need to send email after emails as they will respond to the first.
