    Hi
My unit has been asked if we'd like a stall at my work's openday.
I've already said yes but now I have no idea what to do!
It's only in 2weeks so really short notice.
I've got some Guides and Rangers to run it.

Oh and the Scouts have a stall too. They are gonna have some kayaks and canoes out and do a bit of archery (I think they had more notice than me!)

    What would you guys do?
    Any ideas would be amazing.
    Thank you xx

I guess the questions are who will be there and what is your purpose ? Family fun day ? So raising awareness of Guiding and what we can offer to Girls and Leaders ....
Food is always good as a draw, so toasting marshmallows on tealights. Maybe take a simple dome tent and challenge people to pitch it blindfolded....
make sure you get plenty of postcards and posters from trading, they are generally free and you just pay for postage. Your County may have some resources that you can borrow too, eg a laptop with some of the PR video's ...
I'd also add in the leaflets about Guiding on your CV and how employers gain from employing volunteers...
