Growly wants to know if we need a plate bag, and I am wondering if the chair on the kit list is a serious item, or a joke item

Does she, now? No, plate bags are not necessary, though Balderick and I have a habit of buying various drinking recepticles at servive stations (Ooooh.... not service stations on way to Drum Hill!! Dwama!!)

The chair is a joke. It's my way of saying I don't care about the chair and if you really want to bring one, you can!

Thanks TJ. Will probably bring my camp mug with me, as I have a tendancy to not get round to having my drinks until they are cold at guide events :)

I was aware of a chair joke predating the squirrel joke :)

Lol, are there any other joke items on the list? As a newbie I'll take it as gospel and WILL pack a squirrel and chair if told to! (There actually was a little squirrel left behind on pack hol this weekend, so could manage this one!)

Please bring the squirrel Dolphin-Brownie :)

My chair is in the car anyway, so if we are sitting out and it is more comfortable to use, I will drag it out then.

Wet clothes - why cant a bring them dry? Seriously is it an outside wet activity requiring tshirt, jumper, trousers, underwear socks and shoes etc or what?

Ugh. Managed to leave three things at home. Thank God for Lette!

Also... realised the fabric paint I had at home will not do 38 people.

Drama at this end last night; our supermarket closed due to till problems which means manic rush today! Whoooooops!

As for my car; printer, ballgown, wellies and boomwhackers on the back seat. Can only mean one thing...!!

Ha ha ha. I need to take the non guide related items out of my car (spare shoes for work, plastic bottles etc.) and fill it with guidey stuff. Good point though Kathryn. Must pack pjyamas :)
