Right, so with just over 1 month to go, we would like to know which activities you would like to take part in. All the onsite activities are completely optional, it is up to you if you want to do them or not.

You can find out more about the activities here: http://www.chalfont.info/content/activities

If you would like to take part in any of the activities, please vote in the poll, so I can keep a tally of the numbers, and post below with your requests. Each activity session is 1 hour long and will take place between 10-1 and 2-5 (exact times to be confirmed) on the Saturday. We will require at least 1/2 the maximum number of people to take part in order for a session to take place, and if there are more than the max, we should be able to offer 2 sessions of the same activity.

The cost of the activity will vary according to how many people do it, and you can either pay by Paypal beforehand, or we will collect money over the weekend.

If you sign up for an activity, and then change your mind, you may still have to pay for your place, unless someone else signs up after you cancel.

So the activities we are offering are:

    Archery - Min 9 - max 18 people per session, Cost £2.23 - £4.45 each

Crate Stacking - Min 6 - max 12 people per session Cost £3.34-£6.67 each

Abseiling/Climbing (can do one or other, or both) - Min 7 - Max 15 people per session. Cost - £2.67 - £5.71 each

    Rifle Range - Min 8 - max 16 people per session. Cost £2.50 - £5 each.

    High Ropes
    - Min 6 - max 12 people per session. Cost £8.00 per person regardless of numbers.

You can do more that 1 activity if you wish, as long as you are happy to pay for all the activities you do.

The poll will close next Monday 8th October so I can book the activities that we have reached the minimum number for, but I will add people until the maximum number is reached, or up till 29th October. After next week, I can't guarantee that we will be able to book extra sessions if more than the max number sign up.

I hope that all makes sense!

I'm not voting for anything, as I don't know what I'll okay to manage at the time - if there's a free space on something and I'm in a fit enough state on the weekend I'll join in then.

Giving this thread a little 'bump' just to say that so far the only activity we have reached the Minimum number for is High Ropes!
Archery currently has 8 people and Rifle Shooting 5, so if there are anymore people interested in doing either of those, get your names down quick and I'll book them!
Climbing and Crate Stacking currently only have 1 person each, so unless lots more people sign up to those in the next few days, it looks like we won't be offering those 2 activities.

Well it looks like I'll be booking Archery and High Ropes. I could book Rifle Shooting, but we currently only have 6 people....would people mind paying a little bit more (currrently £6.66 each) if they really want to do shooting, and we don't have anymore people wanting to do it?

I am not going to book Crate stacking or Climbing as there are not enough people to do it.
