Sixers without Seconds

Has anyone ever had Brownies with sixers but not necessarily a second in each six? Due to numbers we need to go up to 5 sixes, but a lot of our girls are very new and not experienced enough to be seconds imo.

We don't do a lot where sixers take full charge of their group and the girls we have picked as Sixers are very reliable.

But does anyone else do it like this?

(And due to having at least 25 girls/up to 30, only having 4 sixes is not an option....)

Often. Sometimes it's because there is a big age gap - 5 older ones but 3 Sixes, so one Six left without a Second. Sometimes it's because the Second candidates are much of a muchness and we want to take time to see who will show potential. Sometimes because the Sixes are going to be small for a period, and a Second therefore isn't justified. So yes, whenever there is a valid reason not to have Seconds, we don't.
